Top lebanese food in town , nothing beats the taste atmosphere and restaurant vibes. Excellent management and very friendly staff. Food is super delicious, very authentic lebanese. Seating and view is amazing on th3 reef canal facing Manama. Parking available a bit far walk yet you 3njoy the green while walking. Shisha is available and suitable for all seasons Seating. Most recommended place to try the lebanese raw meat.
2021.10.22 Dinner with "Exceptional Friends". First time I try the place "Al Fayez". The highlight of dinner was having raw meat (fteele, teble, kebe naye) with the king of the table Arak Brun. The view was fantastic and the weather very nice. What makes an outing great ; the company, the ambiance, the drinks, and the food. Also, they serve shisha. Great job Team Al Fayez.
Main dish, mixed grill, was excellent. Juicy and tasty.
Side dishes were very good. Hummus and mixed pies were perfect. Chicken lever was not as good as if it needed more cleaning or was a bit old.
We did not like the sweets that much. Kunafa did not have the typical cheese or anything close to it. Halawa Jebbin also did not use the right type of cheese.
Service was good, but waiters had a timing issue, shisha can later than we asked for it (we requested to have before meal, but came after meal). Coffee should have come with sweets (we ordered both at the same time), but came after we slowly had our sweets.
Americano, was more of a diluted Turkish coffee.
Although the food was good, I had bad experience with service. It was very slow and the staff were not friendly at all keeping in mind the place was mot very busy.
Area was super nice! Great sea views. You could get to that area by sea taxi from the bahrain avenues mall. Now the bad thing about alfayez resturant was the service.. super slow.. some orders were canceled without informing us that it wasn't available!
Wonderful location and food so delicious it melts in your mouth! Other lebanese restaurants tend to burn your grills until they're hard enough to hurt your teeth, but Alfayez manages to cook a variety of meats to that 'just right' level. I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend the lamb chops.
We weren't done with our starters when the main dish arrived, so minus one star for rushing things through.
Outdoor seating, and air conditioning, is available with a stunning view of the Manama waterfront.
Great place to sit outdoors and enjoy the weather and the view. A good variety of dishes to choose from and suggest trying different dishes and sharing. Great outdoor views to have coffee shesha or food.
It was fine I guess but there were just a few seats left outside because they did not want to open others. The juice was ok, and it rained so it was wet and muddy on the seats and the tables
